Charlotte runs Lead The Way as a Lincolnshire based Canine Behaviourist & Trainer.  She is fully qualified in the field. Working to bespoke 1-1 training plans and programmes Charlotte will always ensure your dog is set up to succeed.

All training, whether this be obedience or for a behaviour issue, is carried out in a positive manner to ensure your dog sees you as the ultimate reward and associates you with all the good things that will develop in your life together.  You can rest assured that no harsh punishments are used throughout the process with Charlotte; who works with you and your dog to help you along the right path with methods that fit into your daily life.

Having worked with countless dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes she has learnt so much from observing the communication between dogs and working alongside a whole variety of these dogs with different personalities and ways of learning.

This led her to complete a Canine Communication Diploma to a Distinction standard and from there my need to learn more developed.

Charlotte discovered that she had a way with dogs and empathy towards each dog and the way they learn, develop and progress. Becoming a Canine Behaviourist and Trainer was the natural progression for me. Charlotte trained with the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training. Training is always ongoing as she is always following up and researching other areas when it comes to behaviour as this will keep all knowledge and practices up to date to ensure the best advice and programmes can be put into place.
