Chelsea is the owner and head trainer at Canis Concept Limited based in Devon.

Having worked within the animal industry for the past 12 years she chose to narrow her career to dog training after many years of studying animal behaviour. Chelsea has various animal and canine qualifications up to university level and prides herself on using scientifically proven methods of positive reinforcement when training. Having many successes rehabilitating and training her own rescue dogs in a variety of disciplines including; mantrailing, agility, canicross, bikejor and dryland rig she was keen to offer a variety of canine training options to dogs regardless of breed or background.

Chelsea's main interest lies with working breeds specifically sheepdogs as well as a passion for rehabilitating rescue dogs from the UK and overseas.

Canis Concept offers puppy, adolescent and adult classes, scent workshops, agility sessions, canicross sessions and dog behaviour 1-2-1's. As well as this Canis Concept is partnered with two dog re-homing charities and offers dog assessments, guidance and follow up sessions for new adoptive families. In addition to the above bespoke training plans can be arranged so there is always something to suit the needs of every dog and guardian.
