Debbie is the founder and Director of K9-KONFIDENCE. She is a fully qualified and insured professional dog trainer and behaviourist. She has over 45 years of insight, knowledge, qualifications, training and experience of both working with and training puppies and older dogs.

She has trained dogs from puppy development to adult dogs. She has re-homed retired working dogs, re-homed and trained rescue dogs, dogs which have been abandoned and neglected, re-homed and trained farm dogs because they lacked skills to become working dogs and needed rehabilitation into family life to become a well-behaved well- balanced family member.

Debbie offers all aspects of puppy training and dog behaviour modification and behaviour issues such as excessive barking, separation anxiety, nervousness, recall, lead training, aggression, socialisation and more. Training can be done in person 1 to 1or via video call.

Debbie offers a personalised 121 training session, each session is based around your specific requirements and at your dogs pace to ensure maximum learning in a comfortable, safe, positive and effective way. Her methods of training are through positive reinforcement and reward based, which promote a happy and well-balanced, healthy bond between dogs and their owners.

After your first session and initial assessment a full write up/training program will be sent to you for you to work through and practice daily between sessions, this is to make sure you achieve results faster and maximises training. Debbie is also available via phone, text or email 7 days a week should you require any on going guidance or support.

Debbie has qualifications in dog psychology, first aid, CPR, Dog Grooming and a Diploma in Veterinary Assistant. She a qualified trainer and also a qualified Psychotherapist so you can be assured that both yourself and your beloved pet receive the best support and guidance possible.
