Lead the Way - Dog Training and Behaviour Management is a long established and well known dog training facility in Suffolk and Essex. With over 15 years full time experience Sara has been pivotal in changing and enhancing over 2000 dogs behaviour and training requirements, helping them to be the best they can be.

Sara’s passion is helping owners understand their dogs needs, signals and root of behaviours. Teaching science based proven techniques, simplifying the mystery of dogs communication so owners can empathise, instruct and receive clear positive change in their dogs behaviour.

Even more importantly Sara provides outlets to continue practising new behaviours through weekly social groups, social agility and social structured group walks. Telephone support is provided with written plans and updates. Always going at your dogs pace to set them up for success.

Sara runs weekly puppy classes and obedience classes to ensure you get the best start to avoid unwanted behaviours and keep your dog social and mentally stimulated throughout its early growing and learning phase, right up to adulthood and beyond. This may also included Hoops, Rally O and Agility.

All training is force free, no aggression or gadgets are used. Finding the best solution for the individual dog and owner is key. Sara is committed to following the standards set out by the GoDT and welcomes people to view her classes and training facilities at any time.

Sara regularly accepts referrals from local Vets, Council and Police Services, provides behavioural assessments for companies such as Nestle Purina and has on numerous occasions worked for high profile/celebrity clients where confidentiality is paramount.
