Susan has been a dog owner for over 25 years. She knows what it feels like to have a puppy that won't listen, pulls you off your feet, and turns your home upside down — because she has lived it.

Susan qualified in January 2025 through the Will Atherton Training Academy and holds a Pet First Aid Level 2 VTQ. She also holds three Victoria Stilwell Academy certificates covering dog behaviour, confidence building, and responsible pet ownership.
